Our R&D team has rich and professional experience; we are the designer for automatic terracotta products( brick&tile)production line, as well as comprehensive solutions such as international construction of brick plant, thermal controlling, program consulting and managing.
The equipment for terracotta products( brick&tile) processing is referred to green brick and tile cutting, lining, programming, transporting and stacking, and then transport to the dryer. After drying, dried brick will be taken, lined, programmed, transported and stacked. Fired brick and tile will be unloading from kiln cart and packaged.
The equipment used for reprocessing combined wall is showing in brick and tile cutting, programming and arranging regular brick and tile , and then processes them into walls of various sizes to meet the house design. Finally the wall is transported to the construction site for assembly, which not only saves the work of the bricklayer, but also greatly reduces the management pressure of enterprise, and also guarantees the construction safety, quality and efficiency.
